I am using the latest version of Windows Media Player.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the codec.  Rebooted my computer.  Re-downloaded the video.  Still no luck. I am watching the wmv for customizing screens right now.  But for whatever reason, I still cannot get the Tables and Fields video to show video... only ...

I downloaded the codec, but am still having the same problem.  I am currently using a PC, but had this same problem a couple of weeks ago when I was using my MAC (also downloaded the apple codec on that occasion too.  At the time, I gave up figuring it was an issue related to the Mac, but now I think it must be something entirely ...

I successfuly created and added new fields.  However, I'd like to add another option to my drop down list.  You mentioned that a screen is created where I can do that.  I've gone to edit that screen and have clicked to edit the grid but can't seem to see where I can add additional options.

Hi cpitts, It can be one of 2 things, you may made need to install the GoToMeeting Codec found HERE, or you may just need to skip to about the three minute mark(This was one of are first webinars and the presenter didn't start recording the screen right away ) -Michael

Hi Meghan, I've just ran this webinar on my computer and it worked. Can you tell me which video player you are using?  While I realize the other videos work, but have you tried reinstalling the codec? swm023- Some of our old webinars were recorded using the GoToMeeting Codec which does not work with Macs . All new webinars for the last year and a half are all using a format that works across the board. Which webinar are you trying to view? -Michael
