Hi Jim,
Web forms are being replaced with public pages in Method New (M:N) and will remain in beta for the remainder of the life of Method Classic (M:C). Public pages will essentially allow you to create a screen in M:N and integrate the screen into your website. This allows for more control, better data verification and simpler customization ...

Hi Alex,
No, text boxes don’t allow you to format the contained value in this manner. Alternatively, before adding the value to the text box, you can use a Basic Math Calculation action to round the value and place it into an action result.
I hope this helps.

Hi Jonathan,
If you’re trying to retrieve the count to store it in a table, you will need to loop through your SalesRep table. Inside of that loop you will use a Retrieve Value From Table action for retrieving the RecordID (we’re not storing the RecordID value) FROM the Customer table WHERE the field SalesRep is Value From Row ...

Hi Jonathan,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to get this working. I’ll pass on some advice that a member of our professional services recently gave me; don’t use loops if you can avoid it. Loops are extremely inefficient compared to any other query / action. If you can replace a loop with a different action, do it.
I hope ...

Hi Ken,
You will need to first export your data from Salesforce to a CSV file. I’m not too familiar with Salesforce, but it looks like you might be able to do this by generating a report.
You will need to modify this file before importing it into Method, as the field names and data requirements will differ between Method and Salesforce. To ...

Hi Greg,
Let me start by stating that Method’s functionality was designed and built around syncing with QuickBooks (QB). The best recommendation that I can give you is to continue syncing with your QB file, even if you are not keeping your transactions up-to-date. This will ensure that Method continues to function the way that it is ...

Hi Dave,
I was pretty sure that this has been requested before, but I can’t find the ticket for it. This sounds like a great idea, but would certainly be a large undertaking for our development team who are extremely busy at the moment trying to get Method New (M:N) ready for launch.
I’ll create a feature request ticket for this. ...
