Thank you Audisho, I double-checked everything and even deleted the test customer and recreated it, with a different email address that was never in the system before - it is still not working. I'll call tomorrow to get that fixed.

Please verify that the contact you are using to test the portal has a valid email address. Also verify that no other contacts in your Method account contain this email address. The email must be unique for the registration to work.

Another issue-- the New Lead screen has an irrelevant "Campaigns" drop-down that I would like to remove. But I go to Customize|Screens and click CRM_New_Lead and all I get is "Copy Screen."
Am I overlooking something here too?

I did some testing and it appears that the estimates app ribbon item is no longer functioning correctly. Even on the original stock screen, the records are being displayed as undefined.

When you delete an entity in Method that has been posted to QB, the entity record is archived and marked for deletion. Once the sync completes and the entity is removed from QB, it is then completely removed from Method along with any related contact records.
