Only the account that you are copying to needs to be a pro account. The other account can be either.

The version of Method is set on a per account basis. In order to obtain access to the pro features, each licence on the account must be converted to a pro license.

This appears to be a bug with multi-tenancy in M:N, as I’m able to replicate this behaviour as well. I’ve created a ticket for our development team to investigate and will keep you posted with any updates via this thread.
