The Back (Broswer History) action seems to displaya blank screen occasionally.  Had a client complain about it,and have also experienced it myself.

Hi Mahlon, Is the user receiving a Reminder email or a Follow-Up Activity email? As far as I can tell, Method New doesn’t send a follow-up activity email at this time. You can disable reminder emails per activity status by navigating to New / Edit Activity Statuses, selecting the status and unchecking the “Cause Reminder?” ...

Hi Mahlon, Make sure that your browsers are up-to-date. I received some errors using Firefox on Windows, but clearing the cookies and cached files seemed to resolve it. I can’t replicate the issue you’re describing on Chrome for Mac, Chrome for Windows or Firefox for Windows. All are up-to-date. Audisho

When an activity is completed and the followup is scheduled to another user, Method New sends an email to that user. Is there any way to control this? One of my clients find this a nusiance.

Hi Asphalt365, If you give our support number a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2, a member of our support team can do a screen share with you and attempt to troubleshoot the installation. I just got off the phone and our IT administrator and he is having the same problem with installation on the server side. We are using Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server 2013 and with the Windows Server 2008 R2, we are using remote desktop users. This is where he thinks the problem arises. Since yesterday's release was pushed out, I keep getting error message whenever I close the screen designer. It seems to save the changes though. I've tried clearing my cache.
