An update - we are still waiting to hear back from Intuit on when/if they are going to allow syncing with Resale Number in QB Online. We have pinged them again to see if they are getting us the answer this week as promised.

Are you calling MethodAPIActionSendToDesktopV2 after populating data in FinalDueDate and GenericName fields for the respective SalesOrder? If not, doing so should solve the issue.

This is still an ongoing weekly issue for me. In response to this issue, I believe that Method CRM has been developing a method for receiving notifications when issues occur with the sync engine, which I think would be very helpful. How do I fix a sync issue with quickbooks?
