April - as a super temporary fix, can you try changing your timezone on your computer to be Arizona or Hawaii, reopen your browser and try logging in.

To add to this, you might be able to get the "TimeModifiedAccounting" field to work for you. This comes from QuickBooks' TimeModified field. Note, you might have to go to Customize > Tables / Fields, edit the table first, and click Finish Editing to get this field to show up for the first time.

Are you setting a value for the Entity field in the Contact table? As long as you do this, it should show up for that customer.
Are you using the API for this, or the Import/Export tool?
