I was able to replicate this issue using a long string of characters which were uninterrupted by a whitespace. I've opened a ticket with our development team and will post back here once this is resolved.

How did you add the field to the report? We added the field to the Customer table, but you're saying your report is based of the Activity table. I'm curious how you went about adding this field.

I'm not sure if this is an intended feature for Method:New or not, but you could most definitely customize your account to automatically fill this in for you. If that's something you're interested in doing, let me know should you run into any issues.

Hi Alex,
There is no way you would be able to trigger a set of actions automatically the way you're describing. You could, however, create a button that does this. Your users would have to push it to manually update the inventory, but as long as you instruct them to do so it shouldn't be much of a problem.
