Hey Mike,
Yes those changed I did were all on the EditCase screen. All within the ONSCREENLOAD object.
On the EditCase screen:
- Activity Start Time is equal to DueDateStart.
- Follow-up Due On is equal to DueDateStart+7days.
On the NewActivity screen:
- Due On is set as a Default value: Use today's date/time? which ...

That's a great idea. OP - if you wanted to take in multiple records in one go you can definitely look into a loop through grid action. Here is a LINK from our help center that goes into the subject in more detail.

Hey Chris,
I'm not sure how it's setup on your account but:
Why don't you set the Default Email Server to crm@domain.com and set your User account to your own email (Server User?).
Then give permissions for emails to sent out from crm@domain.com for all your Users.
Can this be a possibility?

Hello,
Once you export the first batch, look for the lowest RecordID. Now do another export with a Advanced Filter Options checked. This time you will do an export with the filter set to RecordID < the lowest RecordID from first export.
- Filter with script: RecordID < ‘lowest RecordID’
Now look at the new Export and ...

Hey Bruce,
You can change the default Calendar times, but you can't change it by 30 minute increments, so in your case you can choose 6:00AM - X:XXPM.
You need to Edit the Calendar object properties and on step 1 of 8 you will see:
