Hi Nebo,
You are correct, the LeadName field doesn't show up in the Customers or Contacts tables, if you seeing this value from the New/Edit Lead Screens, note that this is only a label, not the actual fieldname stored in the table. I am not sure how familiar you are at this point doing customization in Method, but I can give you a ...

Hi Shayaknyc,
All of the time tracking entries should appear. One reason they may not is if they are outside of the transaction history range. Method by default only syncs the last 31 days of transactions. This can be adjusted by going to QuickBooks > Synchronize and changing the transaction history.
If they are not outside of ...

Hi Mike,
This usually comes up when another Entity has the same name. This is not necessarily a customer or job, it could be an employee or vendor with the same name. To find out you can export the Entity table with the Import/Export Tool and search for the subaccount in the Name field.
Let me know how this turns out.

Hi Kyle,
The bad news is we don't currently integrate directly with Gravity Forms. You would have to import your leads and quote requests generated from your Gravity Form into Method manually. The good news is we have our own Web-to-lead form that does drop your leads and quote requests directly into Method. The ...

Hi Shawna,
I have been trying to find a way to answer this question, but I have a question of my own that would help get the best result. Go to the Customize tab and click on Integration Tools, to find the Import/Export tools. Just viewing the list of field names ...

Hi Ben-
Yes, there is a limit to how much data you can export at one time., based on a maximum of 1 million cells. If you are using the Import/Export function under Customize - Integration Tools, it will show you how many records will be included in the export. The more fields you include from a table, the fewer records can be ...

This was the other thread: http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/3013/11429.aspx#11429
Near the bottom, the user was asking a similar queastion. Method wasn't showing "Entity Type" as a field in the drop-down that could be selected. So, "Do Not Import" and "Create New Field" are the only options. If ...

Hey Greg,
Have you customized the Customer List screen? The reason I ask is that we added a "Add / Edit All Contacts.." button onto the default Customer List screen a few months back, and it does exactly what you are trying to do.
Import the Customer List from the Method Library and you will be able to see this feature. This ...
