Hello,
We are trying to implement a Web to Lead form, but when we do our testing, the Lead is being inserted as a Customer, which is not what we want. How do we get the Lead inserted only as a Lead so they do not get put into QBO until we actually assign them as a customer?

When anyone creates a new activity for one of my staff members, it also sends an unrelated email from one of our email templates. I can't figure out where or why this is happening. We are not trying to send an email and certainly have not selected the template.
How do we fix/stop this unwanted action?

Here is the error I get when I try to import with the recurrenceinfo field populated. I managed to get one transferred as a test and it fixed my series issue with the linked activities but it was one that did not give me this error. I tried skipping a few but I get this for A LOT of them. What should/can I do?

Seems like a dumb question, but i can't figure it out. I just created a new field with drop downs, and put it on my screen, but now i realize i want to change the name of the field (as it appears on the screen too) Can i do that or do i have to delete it and recreate with correct name?

I don't think the files are corrupt. I make fresh versions and new documents every week. They launch fine on their own.
I changed the name of one file from AD-AB to ADAB and it launched fine.
