Hey again Audisho, I finally have all of our activities moved over and the button for linking series worked, thank you so much for your help!!! But now the activities, although they have the customer entity linked to them, do not have the contact information. Is there an easy way to insert customer contact into each activity?

Hi mkbockhold, The Method Integration Engine (MIE) will run fine in multi-user mode once you have completed the setup and should not cause any issues such as forcing you into single-user mode. I don’t believe the MIE is causing your issue, but one thing you can try is removing the MIE from the affected system and see if the issue persists. ...

To be clear, when using the export API through the CRM control panel, it is exported as 2015-Jan-01 HH:MM:SS. Only thing that would be nice to see is if we could change it to something more along the lines of 2015-01-01 HH:MM:SS.
