Will these Sales Reps and Subs always be associated with the same customer, will there ever be a different sales person or sub associated with a different job/work order for a customer?

Yes you can do this with more customization within your Generate Report action. Use the filter option to select the data you want to filter based on your specified date range.

You will not be able to customize the stock options in the LeadStatus field because Method automatically inserts values into this table when converting leads to customers. Why are you looking to add values to the Lead Status field? What is your end goal?

Forgot to mention that if you do end up customizing the EditLead screen, you will also need to customize the EditCustomer screen as well so that when you convert leads to customers all the address information is kept.
