Did you try the steps in the other forum post? Below is a slightly modified version of the steps:
Click Customize > Tabs.
Scroll down to the tab where this custom tab link is located and click Edit tab links on the right.
Check to see if the tab link you are clicking has a screen assigned to it, if not select ...

Are you using the standard invoice screen? If not does the same thing happen with that screen? Also if you change the Terms drop down does it populate the right Due Date?

We did changed it to white, IMO it looks much better then the brown.
There should be some release notes up soon with some of the tweaks and changes that were made.

When you added her as a rep, did you rename the old rep to her name or did you add her as a new rep all together?
For the records that changed to be Kristin was the old rep the same for all those records or different reps?
What type of transactions did this affect?

Is this happening with the standard add contacts screen? Can you enable Method support so I can take a look at this?
I would need to create a dummy customer and try adding contacts to it.
