    Could you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize &gt; Users and clicking the checkbox under Active for the MethodSupport entry in the list at the bottom of the screen? After you do that, email me your Company Name and I&#39;ll go in and take a look. - Justin&nbsp;

Class is part of the&nbsp;Estimate&nbsp;table, whereas&nbsp;Customer Type&nbsp;is part of the&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;table, so populating values from one with the other would require a ...

    Hi NathanInTexas, Did you just want to export the entire Contacts table? You can do this from the Import/Export&nbsp;menu&nbsp;under Customize &gt; Integration Tools.     Hi Greg, Have you tried using the February version? From the Method login page, click on Switch to the February version at the bottom of the page and then try logging in. It contains some speed improvements and should be a bit faster, especially at peak-time. Let us know if this helps. - Justin
