Hi Jonathan,
I made a correction to #3 above. You’re actually better off placing this value into a hidden date picker object on screen. This is a more reliable way to store the date and also makes it easier to troubleshoot, as you can simply un-hide the object to see the date value.

Hi Maureen,
New columns and rows will always appear at the end and bottom of the section respectively. If you want a blank row in the middle of your section, you will need to add a new row and relocate the bottom half of your objects and fields down 1 row. Unfortunately, there is no way to create a new column or row in the middle of a ...

Hi Jonathan,
For this, you will want to use either the Less than or Less than or equal to filter. Your choice will depend on if you want to include customers whose last activity date is exactly 30 days ago.
In order to use this filter, you will first need to calculate the current date minus 30 days and store this value in a shared result to ...

Hi Jonathan,
You need to use the SalesRep.Initial field and not the SalesRep.SalesRepName. The initial is what is stored in the Customer.SalesRep field so your dropdown needs to match. Make this change to your dropdown then post back here and let me know if that fixed it.

Hi Mike,
Your activities must be assigned to a user on your account. As a work around, you can either add each of these employees as inactive users to your account or add 1 inactive user to just assign all of these activities to.
An inactive user will not count against your licenses so this will not increase the cost of your subscription. ...

Hi mholden,
You can create a report with a pivot grid using Report Designer. Take a look at solution No 415 in our Help Center for directions on doing this. There are also a couple of videos at the bottom of the article that demonstrate this process.
There is a tonne of stuff that you can automate with Report Designer. If you’re ...

Hi sales@ravedecorgroup.com,
The reason that this data is not saving is that you are adding a dropdown object to the screen instead of a dropdown field. The difference is an object simply displays data and requires actions to actually do anything with that data. A field is stored on the table and simply requires a save action (usually save all ...

Hi Jonathan,
The Entity table contains your customers, leads, vendors, employees and other names. The Customer table is a view of the Entity table containing only your customers and leads. I hope this clears things up.
Your button and actions look correct. Double check that your “New Sales Rep” drop down is grabbing the values ...
