Just so I understand, if the window is maximized on the screen only the More tab is shown? And you have to reduce it to half size to get all of the tabs to show? Could you check your password preferences and see how long Method can sit idle before asking for a login? Perhaps this is set too low and is causing the import to fail halfway.

Strange. I'll do some testing to see if I can re-create it. I know when you search for tags it has to be an exact match. Perhaps there was a space or something in the tag?

You should be able to search using "Dev". Can you confirm that the tag "Dev" is assigned to a contact? You can export the contacts table and include the Taglist field to check.

No that won't be necessary. The slow down could have happened for any number of reasons including an issue with the browser or internet speed. If this continues, you can try a different browser and see if that helps.
