Hi Mike,
You need to make sure that you add the tag in Method before importing it to your contacts. If you don’t do this, the tag will still be added to the contact, but will not function correctly and you will not be able to search for it.
I hope this helps.

Hi Maureen,
One of our servers locked up at about 2:45am EDT this morning. When this happens, our load balancer should automatically direct to a server that is still functioning. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and some users had difficulty accessing sign in.
Our development team rebooted the server around 6am EDT resolving the ...

Hi Tami,
I’ll do my best to answer each of your questions:
1) The Amount field is actually a calculation of QTY * Rate. If this calculation ends in a whole number, then this is why you are not seeing a decimal value.
2) Your Method New (M:N) account will be completely stock. Any customization that you have done in Method Classic ...

Hi Jonathan,
I wrote a Help Center article that details doing this using the Import / Export tool that you may want to look at. This is a good option if you don’t do this very often.
I’ve also created a simple screen that can perform this. This is a better option if you will be doing this often. I based the screen on the Entity ...

You can change the calendar by selecting the Edit Event >> on the desktop version of Google calendar. If you’re doing this from a mobile app, there should be a way to specify the calendar from within the app. The Method ...

Hi Zarko,
The Customer table is actually just a view of the Entity table. This view only contains fields that pertain to customers and only displays records that have the EntityType “Customer”.
When you add a custom field to the Customer table, you are actually adding it to the Entity table as well as the Customer view. If you ...

Hi Clayton,
I understand that you spoke with one of our support team members over the phone and they were able to resolve this issue with you.
For future reference, the issue that you were having was that several of your sections had disappeared from the screen designer view of your custom screen. The sections could still be seen on the ...

Hi Gerald,
Unfortunately, at this time we do no sync purchase orders with QuickBooks Online. There is a plan to develop this functionality in the future, but I cannot provide an ETA for when this will be complete.
This means that for the time being, you will be unable to perform this customization for purchase orders in Method. Sorry for the ...

Hi Rob,
Are you perhaps attempting to use the Method Classic desktop site from your iPhone? If so, this is certainly the cause of your issue. Please make sure that you are using the mobile site on any mobile devices, as the Method Classic desktop site is not compatible with mobile browsers.
If you are already doing this, you could try ...
