By setting up a new user that cannot sign in, am I paying for a new user still? Also, I am doing a dummy one to test it out now, when it asks if the login is Active do I say it is even though the user will not be able to sign in?

when i send a email with method im using att.net...its a paid service. Well im getting rid of it. If i use gmail, will this work with method when i send a invoice or estimate using the save/email button?

The Estimate.CustomerFullName is a linked field to the Customer table. This was created at some point in the past, I'm not sure who by. And after exporting the table I can now see that that it replicates the Estimate.Customer field.
Could this be the reason why the field doesn't display? Just for future reference.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure you have nailed it. I think the recipient had images blocked when retreiving emails. Thus, the picture didn't show up in the email until the recipient requested the picture to be downloaded.

The link that Danny posted brings up a page for me. We have another forum user that I know of that uses ATT yahoo I will see if I can get in contact with them and see if they are having similiar issues and if they were able to resolve it.

Hey Aaron,
As per our last thread - why not add it as a second attachment to the Send Email action? Give that a try and see if it will work in your case. If not we can further troubleshoot.

Using the Date Function action you can format a date to not have the time displayed, once the date is formatted you will have to use a character function and merge in that formatted date into your email.
