Hi Alex, Please confirm that your date, time and timezone are correct on your sync computer. If any of these are incorrect, sync problems will occur. Hi Alex, I’m not sure why these custom field values are being cleared on sync, but it looks like you can resolve the issue by allowing edits directly on the grid. You can do this by selecting the Edit button on the VendorCreditLineItems grid, navigating to step 5 and changing the radio option to Editing takes place directly in the grid. For ...

Hi Mario, This feature will be included in Method New upon launch. It’s listed under Display Format for the field and the option is called Thousand Separator. You simply need to select Yes to enable it. We have no plans to include this feature in Method Classic. -Audisho
