Hi Mike,
In Method for QBD, you can set a customer as a sub customer or job, by selecting the parent customer under the Additional Info tab from the Job of Customer drop down.
In Method for QBO, you can do this under the Additional Info tab by checking the This customer is a sub-customer? box and selecting the parent customer from ...

Hi Gerald,
There’s a couple of ways you can go about doing this. If you want to be able to see the total liters on the Method screen as well as the print report, you will need to add another custom field to the InvoiceLineItems table to store the value in. You can add actions on the InvoiceLineItems grid to calculate and fill in this ...

Hi Matt,
I’m unable to reproduce this in any fashion on my account, but can definitely confirm that it is occurring on your account. Hi Mike,
There is a database trigger that automatically creates the FullName field so you do not need to include this in your import. You do need to include the Name field however, as this is a required field. The resulting FullName field of the imported record will look like “ParentFullName:Name”. I hope this helps.

Hi Matt,

I tried assigning the current session date / time to an action result and use that action result twice in an Insert Record Into Table action, but received an error and was unable to save this. Removing and ...

Hi Matt,
I added the filter you described to the activity list screen, but can’t reproduce the error. Here is what I’ve added:
Is there anything that I’m missing? If you email me the company account name and app info, I’m happy to sign in and take a look.

Hi Mattohm,
The Job Name field from the work order screen is actually the Activity:Comments field. Try adding this to your template and let me know if this is what you are looking for.
