When you create/edit a web form and you go to step 8 of 9, in the Table - Field column do you see Customer - IsLeadStatusOnly, if you do is the Default Value True? This setting is what ensures that customers are only getting entered as leads and should be correctly setup by default unless changed.

You can save yourself some entry time by setting up your team so you don't have to select it everytime.
In the Field Service Center Dashboard you should see Team Member under Settings. Click Team Members.
Give the team a Name and in this case set yourself as the Team Leader(This is what determines what set of employees to load) ...

In the section headers you should see some numbers 1|2|3|4|5 clicking on one of these number will set the number of columns up to a maximum of 5.

Orginally when we developed the sync for QBO, there was an issue on Intuit's side with SalesTaxCode so we had to hide the field but it looks like they have now resolved that bug, so we are now displaying that field again.
Let me know if you are still having an issue with the Taxes.

I did a quick Google search and based on that message you are getting it looks like you may need to make a change under Account > Processing Information after logging into Merchant Services. If you are still having issues with this I would suggest contacting Intuit since this part of the setup process is on their ...

Item Receipt should work for you. You should be able to edit the quanity of an item recieved. Are you getting an error message?

That particular screen doesn't always come up, it will only come
up when you have multiple companies setup.
