You can definitely use the same name. You might notice that when you add the first item in the work order that it will auto populate the Job Name field with that item. You can also change this yourself.

From which Print Preview button did you copy the actions from? Our stock ContactsPortal_Transactions screen has a print preview button. I would take a look at that if you haven't already. My instinct tells me that you just haven't filtered by the invoice recordID properly.
