Hi Alex,
Based on what you've described, it sounds like it could be a caching issue. I'd recommend doing some further testing in incognito mode to see if the issue pops up again.
You should also clear your Shared Results once you're done with them. Just set them to blank after you've returned from your pop-up and used the Shared ...

Hi Rachel,
You would have to perform the swap using actions, on a button or link. I'd recommend putting a button on the CRM_Contacts screen such as "Set as Primary Contact", or adding a Link column to the Contacts grid on the CRM_EditCustomer screen.
As far as the actions are concerned, it would probably be best to save all the ...

Hi Craig,
Knowing that the underlying issue won’t be resolved unless Intuit adds a feature for this, we may be able to find a workaround to your problem. While you can’t make customers inactive in Method for QBO, you could investigate the possibility of adding your own custom active/inactive field to filter out in Method. ...

Hi Craig,
Unfortunately, this is not something that we can add unless Intuit decides to add it to their IPP/API. QuickBooks Online doesn’t ‘tell’ us when a customer has been merged. Without this knowledge, it isn’t possible for us to know that the records need to be relocated to another customer. So at this time there is ...

Alright, I think I get it, but avoiding merging customers is hard, and it also leads to even more confusion because colleagues don't know which customer to add activities to...merging at the very least takes one out of the game so that we can correc things going forward.
Is this something that will be fixed in the new Method?

Hi mholden,
Because of the way that Contacts/Customers sync with QuickBooks, we cannot switch the (Main) "Contact" designation from one Contact to another. You could create a screen or button to automate the info swapping, however.
Hope this helps.

Mario,
Based on Justin's suggestion, add a field to your vendor table in Method that associates the Grantee with that class. Then you can use that as your filter for your portal. Or better add field to Class list in Method that associates Grantee with Class. Then your vendor could have multiple projects(class) and they ...

This issue should now be resolved. Please let us know if you run into any issues.

Hi Mario,
Based on what you've explained, you should be able to show this information to your grantees via a portal. You would want to display a grid based on the appropriate Transaction, filtered to show only transactions that match the user's Class.
If you simply want them to have a printable report of the data, it may be more ...
