Hi Gerald,
There’s a couple of ways you can go about doing this. If you want to be able to see the total liters on the Method screen as well as the print report, you will need to add another custom field to the InvoiceLineItems table to store the value in. You can add actions on the InvoiceLineItems grid to calculate and fill in this ...

Hi Matt,
I’m unable to reproduce this in any fashion on my account, but can definitely confirm that it is occurring on your account. I can’t see anything wrong with your Insert Record Into Table action and no error is thrown when the action is processed. From what I can see, there is no obvious reason that this is happening.

Hi Clayton,
This issue looks similar to one that we’ve seen once in the past. We have some steps that may resolve the issue. I tried creating a copy of the screen so that I could test the steps, but the copy only created further issues.
I have created a case for this and someone from out support team will reach out to your shortly to ...

Hi EricW

So if my product is .5 ...

Hi Matt,
I was able to reproduce this error by setting corresponding view as the default view (can’t believe I missed this, D’oh!). I’ll create a ticket and post all updates here. For now, you can still use the view, but not as the default. I hope this helps.

Hi Mike,
There is a database trigger that automatically creates the FullName field so you do not need to include this in your import. You do need to include the Name field however, as this is a required field. The resulting FullName field of the imported record will look like “ParentFullName:Name”. I hope this helps.

Hi Matt,
I was able to assign the current session date / time to 2 fields in an Insert Record Into Table action fine.
I tried assigning the current session date / time to an action result and use that action result twice in an Insert Record Into Table action, but received an error and was unable to save this. Removing and ...

Hey Audisho,
The only thing I can see that looks different is the date picker I have on the screen is formatted to only show the date, not the time as well. Let me know if it is still working for you if you try that and I can send you the account info.
