Is there a webinar that goes into detail on formatting screens, particularly dragging and dropping without distorting the fields? In the invoice screen, I'd like to add a new row in the middle of a section so that I can add more labels and corresponding text boxes/drop down windows. I watched the Introduction to the Customization Screen webinar, but didn't catch any parts that covered this.

From the Items screen I'm trying to add units of measure. Right now, when I click on an item and hit the drop down for unit of measure, I don't have any options. Where do I go to add options to this drop down? Once I indicate the unit of measure of each item, will the invoices automatically update to reflect this addiitonal ...

Yes! That worked. Thank you.
Here's another one for you guys. When I print preview, in both the designer and in Methods, I get blank sheets after each page of an invoice. I'm sure I just accidentally did something while I was editing from the simpleinvoice template. Do you know how I can get rid of the blank pages?

Hi Valbon,
I created a second 'invoice" screen within customer center to test this. I had the print preview button on the screen point to the new report. I get the same thing: print preview screen opens up with 100+ pages of invoices with dates and products randomized. Let me know if you have any ideas for what I can try.

Hello, where can we print packing lists? From Quickbooks I can toggle between an invoice and it's corresponding packing list from a drop down menu. Is there a similar option in Method?
