I send an appointment confromation to every customer I schedule and would like to insert html code in the body of the email. I get an error to conact method support when I put html code in the body section of the email function. I did find a limited work around by using the assign value to action result but it still won't let me put in ...

I created a text field in the customer table. I then linked that field to activity. I made a grid from the activity table but that field just shows blank.
