Hi Ty,
I don't see an option to add a new contact from either the View Cusotmer or View Contact screen. There is a link to the New Contact screen from the Contact List, but shouldn't auto populate the customer info since the screen wouldn't know which customer info to autofill.
Can you give me some more information on where you are ...

I was able to reproduce this. It doesn't appear as though there's a refresh action after an activity edit. At least judging by what I found. I'll create a ticket for the team.

There was a bit of a hiccup in Method new around that time last week. We will start tweeting about Method:New issues, similar to what we already do with Method:Classic. Sorry for the inconvenience that this caused.

I can see what you mean. It is listed alphabetically and I think that's the case in many of the designer screens. I'll bring it up with the team.

Sorry for the late reply. There appears to be an issue with the desc field as you've found out. We're submitting a ticket with the team to get this fixed. Unfortunately, I haven't found a workaround at the moment.
