I was testing a web form without creating a lead. I want to include contact details within the activity. I'm just looking at editing the PHP to allow this.

Is it possible to create a new contact when raising an activity from a web form or must the contact exist already?

Sorry, just seen an earlier post. I'm now using Firefox and it seems to be working.

Is there any way of calling or copying actions from within a grid? They don't appear within the dropdown in call another action set or copy. Just wondering if there's a work around. Thanks.

I have been trying to create a couple of web forms over the last few days. All goes well until step 8. I can't edit and change any default values or set any fields to hidden. Jason, thanks. After reading this I amended the actions to work on the rate rather than the amount. All seems to be working now for per item and fixed percentage price levels.

I have changed the default mobile work order screen to allow price levels (either per item or fixed percentage). The per item cost replaces the rate and is multiplied with the quantity to give the amount. When saving, the item is inserted into the grid but the amount shown is the original item price multiplied by the quantity.

I'm creating some custom dashboard reports for cases. I have a bar graph showing number of cases created by month. Is there a way of hiding those months where no cases were created, or only showing values for the last six months.? Just looking at ways of reducing the size of tthe graph on-screen.

Is there any way of setting a filter on a grid depending on an action result retrieved on screen load? I'm looking to change grid filters when a particular screen is opened from different tabs and tab links. Edit: just found this in the grid actions under set filter view.
