Isdrury,
Yes, when your compose window in Outlook opens up, you will see a new option in your Outlook tool bar to send an activity to Method. This button, called Send, will send your email and allow you to edit the details of your new Method activity, all from Outlook. Hope this helps!

Mike,
It should sync both ways. If you test it out and find that Item Receipts do not sync from Quickbooks to Method, feel free to give our support line a call and we can investigate.

Hi Mike,
If you right click the screen designer, you will see an option to Show Summary. This will give you a summary of the screen. Unfortunately, there is no other way to log screen changes. This is an interesting feature though that I will submit to the team to consider adding in the future!

Hi Charles,
It sounds like you may be overwriting your original action result before you use it a second time. For testing purposes, I would suggest taking out the Call Web Service action and replacing it with a Show Message action. In the message, you can place all your action results to make sure that they are all being generated ...

Hi Abbie,

Is there any kind of pattern in regards to a specific screen, table, or field that it happens on, or does it seem random? If you come across the issue again feel free to reply to this post and our ...

Hi Mike,
Your logic seems correct and I was able to achieve this the same way you explained it. See my final result below:
Is this what you are trying to achieve? My only suggestion would be to confirm that your new fields are actually in the ItemReceiptLineItem table (not the ItemReceiptLineExpense table), and that you are in ...

Hi Charles,
Action results can only be used within the same object/field in which they are created. You can create one in an action set, and it should be available in subsequent actions of that action set. Shared results however can be retrieved anywhere else in Method, including different fields/objects and different ...

Hi Aaron,
As I discussed over email, you have one seven digit reference number that is formatted like this ######-#. If this number was 123456-1, Method would calculate the next reference number as 1234562, not 123457. One solution is to change the seven digit reference number back to six digits. You may also be able to customize ...
