Which action are you using to point to the screen? Are you using a Go To Tablink action, or perhaps an Open Screen In Popup action? Is there a tablink under your New Tab for the Document screen(s) you would like to use?

Hi mholden,
Because of the way that Contacts/Customers sync with QuickBooks, we cannot switch the (Main) "Contact" designation from one Contact to another. You could create a screen or button to automate the info swapping, however.

Hi sbonner,
We currently have a ticket in with our development team regarding this. What's the behaviour when your changed lines sync over to QuickBooks, are they committed or do they create a conflict under QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts? I'll keep you updated on that ticket through this forum post.

Hi Maureen,
You could create a custom screen to loop through your Activity table and delete all records where ActivityStatus = 'Cancelled'. You would have to be careful, as an error in the customization could lead to unwanted loss of data. Backing up your Activity table first using the Import / Export Tool would be recommended.
