Hey Jason, Unfortunately on Method:Classic you are unable to achieve an OR grid filter in classic. They're workarounds I've seen, one way is to build a selection list. To do this you will have to do it via field(s) on screen that users would type into, and filter off of that. -- Mortaza

Hey BBQ Brian, Date and time values are always stored in UTC. They then get converted per local machine. As you stated this would mean UTC+8 as UTC is 8 hours ahead of PST.
