You should be able to view customer Notes in Method but changes made to the Notes will not be reflected in QBO. You can access the Notes by clicking More Actions > Notes when in the Edit Customer screen. Let me know if the notes are not showing up for you here.

I haven't been able to duplicate this on my account but if you enable MethodSupport on your account (Customize > Users) and give me the name of the screen I can test out the issue with the checkboxes.

If you are using a Custom pay link you could add the URL to invoice emails that you send out. You could also use Method Portals to receive payments links to Method portals are already sent out when you send emails from transction screens in Method. You may also want to read this.

Method allows you to add multiple contacts under one account but these contacts only really come into play with CRM features and not transactions. They would still have to be seperate customers to be able to create a tranasction for them, but in Method you could potentially create field to denote that Mark is Part of Legacy Financial and ...

Something like this is possible but it would require some customization in Method to make the screen read only when the rep assigned is different than the rep viewing it.

Work Orders are based off the Activity table and DueDateStart is a required field and that may be why you are getting errors.
One suggestion is to give that field a default date and just hide the field on the screen.
