The grid is just a means to show what's in a table. So you can definitely create a report that shows the contents of that table. Keep in mind that you cannot print out the grid as you see it in Method. You'll need to design the report to mimic the look of the Method grid.

I can't seem to recreate it. How are your grid set up? In all of the settings I could think of, its just a small column to the very right.

Ben,
You can use the DateChanged event on the DatePicker object (the field where they select their birthdate), and add the action there. Remember that the value is saved as an action result, so you would need to use Enter Value into Field on Screen action to show the value in a text field.

There is no way to copy an entire action set from another screen. You probably won't need all 64 actions to achieve what you want, depending on what you're looking to do. Hi Tom,
This doesn't happen. When they sync over, they are only added as employees, and nothing else. You have the option to add them as users on the Customize > Users screen, but we do not add them automatically.
