Hello Methoders,
Just in case any of you were following this thread, Hanley called into support and I had a look at this. The reason this was happening was because he had a grid in the left section of the screen that required more than 30% of the space on the screen. This grid was pushing the section past the 30% that was specified in the screen ...

Hi Matt,
This is on the board and currently being looked at. I don't think that this will be resolved in the next release, as the dev team has some fixes they want to push out soon. Hopfully it will be in the release after that, but no guarantees.

Hi FW,
The majority of the feedback we receive with regards to the speed of Method:New vs. Classic is positive. I myself generally find that New is more responsive and “snappier” than Classic. Is there anything in particular that you are noticing to be slow or is this just in general?

If you really need this to work, I suggest you copy the stock screen and replace your current ...

Hi Pookiefeb,
Make sure that you are editing the Save button in the Add / Edit Activity section of the screen. When we spoke on the phone, I noticed that this screen on your account had already been customized. If any actions have been removed or added to the save button, the numbers will not match up. Look for the action description ...

Hi Pookiefeb,
It appears that this was a design decision that was made when the screen was created. This can be changed with some simple customization to the CRM_NewActivity screen. The value for the follow-up activity EmailTo is set when the Save button is selected using an Insert Records Into Table action. You can simply remove the EmailTo ...

Hi Grif,
It appears that you may have set a different email template to be used when sending an estimate notification. Unfortunately, at this time I don’t see an option to change this in Method:New, so you will need to login to your account in classic in order to fix this. Once you are logged in, navigate to a transaction screen (e.g. ...
