well figured out a work around but now cant import anymore. It just gets stuck at this screen..

edit - well something was up with firefox as tried to import using IE and it worked fine.

You could loop through the table and update those fields with a blank or you could use the import/export tool to update those records with records with blank values in the columns for portal username and password.

Have you tried to change the SalesRep data in QB? Does this sync over correctly to Method and does it have the same effect of switching back shortly after? This is a longshot but are you changing to a valid SalesRep? You would get an error on the import if the SalesRep didn't exist but I'm just trying to figure out what ...

Anyway, I should did this test myself, but it took a while to insert action in Method, so just ask here:
what if I do like:
1. Create a lineitem and force it to sync to QBs (send to desktop)
2. update this new lineitem again in Method, and wait for ...

I will pursue these ideas as work-arounds, but how do I get a clean import? As I said, If I had a Company in Quickbooks with 25 Opportunites the import created 25 Customer Records, one unique Customer Name for each Opportunity.
