Hi Method,
For SQL override, does Method system support Now() and DateDiff() function? I'm trying them but the grid always show "Error Generating Grid".

Hi Mike,
To change the length of a field in Method, you can double-click on the current value under the Size column in the table (in the popup that results from clicking Edit Fields...). You should then be able to enter in a new value, and then click outside the textbox to commit the change. Click Finished Editing ...

Hi Mike,
Only the first two Contacts for a Customer will sync with QuickBooks Desktop. These are designated by the Contact Type field in Method, with Contact indicating main contact for a customer and AltContact indicating the alternate contact.
The reason the field is shown as read-only on the Add / Edit ...

Is there a reason why the label for the Contact Type field appears on the Add/Edit Contacts screen but the text box does not?

Followed the proceedure above, but could not get my calendar to update. Called support, and found out that when you do the proceeudre above, you are creating a new google calendar, so you will need to delete your old one and and use the new calendar going forward.
