Which action are you using to point to the screen? Are you using a Go To Tablink action, or perhaps an Open Screen In Popup action? Is there a tablink under your New Tab for the Document screen(s) you would like to use?

I created a new tab. I also have created several new buttons. I would like these buttons to open documents when I click on them but I don’t want it to be linked to the documents tab. I’m having a really hard time doing this. Could I please get some help? There will be six buttons and six documents. All are in Excel format ...

This is not a certificate issued by Method Integration. It appears that this SSL certificate belongs to ipower. It sounds as though there is a problem access your application on your hosted server - I recommend speaking with ipower in order to resolve issues pertaining to this certificate.

Sure. Here is a snapshot of the cert:
And you can try any example on this demo page: http://valorleadership.com/Method/Test/Default.aspx. The same error message pops up. But if we run the same application on localhost it works fine.

Hi mholden,
Because of the way that Contacts/Customers sync with QuickBooks, we cannot switch the (Main) "Contact" designation from one Contact to another. You could create a screen or button to automate the info swapping, however.
