Hi mholden, Because of the way that Contacts/Customers sync with QuickBooks, we cannot switch the (Main) "Contact" designation from one Contact to another. You could create a screen or button to automate the info swapping, however. Hope this helps. - Justin

What's the behaviour when your changed lines sync over to QuickBooks, are they committed or do they create a conflict under QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts? I'll keep you updated on that ticket through this forum post.
