Hi Maureen, You could create a custom screen to loop through your Activity table and delete all records where ActivityStatus = 'Cancelled'. You would have to be careful, as an error in the customization could lead to unwanted loss of data. Backing up your Activity table first using the Import / Export Tool would be recommended. Let ...

Issam, Yes,we have recently updated the SSL certificates - you could have been using a cached version of the certificate which would explain the error.
