I have made modifications to our New Case form. I thought it was working fine, but when we go to add a new lead as part of the new case, we receive an Action Sequence 26 error, saying a text box is missing from the screen. I've opened a ticket for this issue with our development team. In the meantime, you can convert a Vendor Lead to a Vendor from within the QuickBooks tab group in Method:Classic, by navigating to the Vendor and unchecking the box for Is Lead Status Only under the "Additional Info" tab.

It is happening frequently. I have not kept a log of the times as to when this happens.
I often run with two browser windows open and logged into two different method accounts. Would this make a difference?

If I add a new Sals Rep in Method, Method retains the email address used and successfully syncs the data with QuickBooks. You can do this by editing the EstimateLine grid on the screen.
From Step 2 of its wizard, remove any of the fields you wish to hide. Then click Finished, Publish, and Save & Close.
The fields you removed should now be hidden from your Estimates screen.
