When a someone logs into the Contacts Portal, the screens are not updated live, rather it appears they are updated using some type of cron process every 5 to 10 miunutes. Hi Alex, Try regenerating the table, or logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, you can call our support line at 1.888.925.6238 x.2 and we'll take a look with you. You could also just leave it there if it doesn't bother you, it shouldn't cause any problems. - Justin
