Hello,
One of the features we are trying to use with Method is the ability to upload .zip files and provide a way for our clients to download them via their portal. I worked out the portal issues, but now when I try to upload a 22 MB file, the screen seemingly times out.
I read previously that you limit files to 5 MB. Is this still true?

how do I combine 2 customers, I have two customers in method, only one in QB. method has Smith,John & Smith, John. ( space is missing from after comma) they seem to be sharing the same activiites, cases and transactions are different.

Hi Allison, When you customized the list did you go into the filter named "Shared Occurances" select to edit it and then checkmark the "make this my default" box? (Note: It might just say default view or something I don't remember exactly.)

Yes, all the links are updated correctly. It's almost like there is a delay, as if there is a cron job running every so often to update the screens for contacts. If I walk away from it for a period of time and then come back, it will be updated. But the changes I make to the screen are not visible immediately after publishing.

Hello,
I customized my Activities List screen and hid the filter dropdown box. I want the "Activity Grid" to default to "Shared Occurances" but it keeps defaulting to "My active occurances on or before today" eventhough I keep changing it. Why won't it register that I'm changing it?

Head over to Customize > Tabs in Method and click Edit Tab Links... for the Contacts Portal tab. Is your custom screen the one listed here under its associated tablink?

I have been working to customize our Contacts portal screens. However, it seems that when I make a change and publish the screen, the changes are not updated online and the old screen is still shown without any of the functionality I have customized.

The change to ReceivedQuantity should sync over from QB to Method. If you change it in Method, it should sync over from Method to QB. If you change it in both, the preference you have set under QuickBooks > Synchronize in Method for "If an editing conflict occurs" will determine which value is ...
