Nevermind I figured it out - needed to change it to "display as HTML editor" Works good now

In method old, I created a "quote description" field where I could insert pictures, format the text, etc....  When I try to add the same function to Method New / Beta, I do not have the option for formatting or adding pics...  Any way around this? Thanks

Hi Allison, Contact is a required field, there is no way to do this. Customers need a Main Contact to sync with QuickBooks, so Leads do as well, since they'll eventually (hopefully) be converted to a Customer. Hope this helps. - Justin

Actually this situation happens a lot where you have an invoice with no Line items.  Method user starts to enter in a record, then decides doesn't want it.   I agree it shouldn't be that wsay but it happens. Once a Customer is entered then Method "saves" the record to generate  a Invoice or SO header record. I ...

I only have this problem occaisonally, not constantly, so it has been hard to track down I guess.  They opened a case a while back, but have not heard anything from them.

I'm getting this error message when trying to customize one of my custom screens. This is in my own account and the name of the screen is called custom fields

Haven't really been able to determine a pattern. I'll let you know as I find out more
