Hello, I customized my Activities List screen and hid the filter dropdown box. I want the "Activity Grid" to default to "Shared Occurances" but it keeps defaulting to "My active occurances on or before today" eventhough I keep changing it. Why won't it register that I'm changing it?

Hi pdx971, Head over to Customize > Tabs in Method and click Edit Tab Links... for the Contacts Portal tab. Is your custom screen the one listed here under its associated tablink? Let me know. - Justin

Hi Alex, The change to ReceivedQuantity should sync over from QB to Method. If you change it in Method, it should sync over from Method to QB. Hi pdx971, You should be able to add a filter to your grid to show only records where Entity_RecordID is equal to Portal- Entity Record ID. Let me know if that works for you. - Justin
