I would like to ask if there is an option to customize the the "Renew seleected work orders" action. I would like the date range to be 6 months period only and not 1 year.

				        When a someone logs into the Contacts Portal, the screens are not updated live, rather it appears they are updated using some type of cron process every 5 to 10 miunutes. This certainly makes it hard to develop, as you don't see the changes you made right away. I though things weren't working initially because of the delay.

Try regenerating the table, or logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, you can call our support line at 1.888.925.6238 x.2 and we'll take a look with you. You could also just leave it there if it doesn't bother you, it shouldn't cause any problems.

				        I am able to successfully log in to the Mobile version from phone, tablet or PC - However when going to the work order screen - it fails to load the grid....
just spins and does not load

				        Hi Alex,
The fields listed here as only FieldName_RecordID are already linked into the BillLineItem table by their other identifier.
Do not delete any of the stock Method fields, you will almost certainly get errors.
What kind of error message are you getting when attempting to delete your test field?

				        Hi,
I have a question about LinkToPurchaseOrder field in BillLineItem Table. This field actually is RecordID to purchaseorderline table (according to the tooltip of that field.) However, if I want to add some linked field via this "LinkToPurchaseOrder", I can not see all fields, just some linked RecordID.
