Not sure if I'm missing something obvious but when I click on "Open Report Designer" when editing a report it just gives me a blank white screen. I tried it in FireFox and Chrome; in FF the screen stays the same (just shows Step 1 of 4 of Report edit screen) and in Chrome it goes to a white screen.

Hello,
I have configured users to send email through our Office 365 SMTP email server. I added Method's IP addresses and the emails are being received.
However, the emails are not being saved/recorded under the SENT folder within Office 365/Outlook.
Has anyone figured out a way to get this to work, or is the BC: email the only option?

Take a look at this forum post to see how to use Call Another Action Set. You won't be able to use this for what you're trying to do however, since you can only call an action set within the same screen.
What you can do is copy the action list from another screen. You'll have to do some reconfiguration on each action ...
