another question:
I can find invoices for a particular customer account in their transactions list from method.me desktop, but when i search their transactions from the e-mail side, there are no transactions listed in his account. Any idea why?
The account does say:
Type
Customer (INACTIVE)"

Can this work for the employee screen? If so, how can I make that stick? I tried that already, but I cannot make it save properly.

So what you are saying is that any mobile # you put in crm will not go to QB and
that any Mobile# you put in qb does not go to crm either.

I spoke with a tech support rep and determined the problem is that somehow the action on my submit button that is supossed to check if there are enough digits for a valid card has been deleted.
My question then is; what action needs to be added to the button to check that the right amount of digits has been entered for a valid card ...

Hi Sergio,
QuickBooks does not allow us to sync 100% of its fields. While it allows us to sync the name of the AltContact, we don't have access to its phone number or email address. Unfortunately you'll have to add these in Method.
Assuming that the Mobile number is in Method, it should show up on a report. Which report are you ...

Just to clarify, LeadRating IS there, but it doesn't have a dropdown, and when I edit the field and save all sections, the record doesn't update.

No, it's based off of the LeadsList table. I've created an additional section for editing a lead on-screen.

Are both the Method Integration Engine and Method Integration Listener certificates installed in QuickBooks, and do they have the requisite permissions? What you're describing is a common symptom of not having the Listener certificate installed / permissioned correctly.

Assuming your screen is based off of the Customer table, LeadRating should be selectable under "Add Fields" in the screen designer, unless it has already been placed on screen. Is your custom screen based off the Customer table?
