Sorry for the confusion. You actually need to edit the screen to see the actions. First, you will need to go to Customize tab > Screens and copy the CRM_ListBuilder screen. You won't be able to delete the field since it is used in other screens. Can you exit out and make sure all screens are closed properly, and try regenerating both the contacts table and the entity table? Then sign out and sign back in again.
