Hi Sergio,
May I ask why you don't want to set them up as a user? If paying for an extra license is your concern, just make sure that the User can sign-in (paid license) checkbox is unchecked when creating the user. This will ensure that the cost of your subscription does not increase.

I can find invoices for a particular customer account in their transactions list from method.me desktop, but when i search their transactions from the e-mail side, there are no transactions listed in his account. Any idea why?

So what you are saying is that any mobile # you put in crm will not go to QB and
that any Mobile# you put in qb does not go to crm either.

I spoke with a tech support rep and determined the problem is that somehow the action on my submit button that is supossed to check if there are enough digits for a valid card has been deleted.

QuickBooks does not allow us to sync 100% of its fields. While it allows us to sync the name of the AltContact, we don't have access to its phone number or email address. Unfortunately you'll have to add these in Method.
